John E. Fox: Electrician with a Passion for the Outdoors
The North Branford resident passed away Sept. 26 at the age of 68.

John E. Fox ‘aka Golf King’, 68, of North Branford, died peacefully on September 26, 2015 at home surrounded by family.
John was a lifetime electrician for Local Union No 90, I.B.E.W. His passions in life included fishing, golf and numerous outdoor activities. He enjoyed spending time and playfully teasing his kids and grandchildren. John was a loyal friend who had lots of ‘buddies’ who he got to enjoy long time friendships with. He will be greatly missed by Linda A. Fox and Pat Crowell. He will be deeply missed by family and extended family & friends. John was known for his selflessness, he consistently showed concern and great care for all he loved.

John son of John Ernest Fox and Dorothy (Marsh) Fox is survived by Brother, Paul Fox and wife Linda Fox; Children, Regina Coyle and Husband Dennis Coyle; John L. Fox and Wife Rebecca Fox, and Grandchildren, Arionna and Fiona Fox.
A memorial service will be held Saturday October 10, 2015 and 11:00am at The First Congregational Church of East Haven (also known as Old Stone Church) located at 251 Main Street in East Haven, with a reception to follow (12-4pm) at Doody’s Totoket Inn - 465 Foxon Rd., North Branford. All Family and Friends are welcome to attend and celebrate John’s life.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Hospice, Branford at: 100 Double Beach Rd, Branford, CT 06405.
The family would like to thank caregivers Linda Fox, Pat Crowell and the wonderful staff at Hospice, Branford, CT.
