Madison Man Sentenced to Prison For Fatal Accident Involving North Branford Man

Martin Ginsburg, 23, of Madison will spend the next three years in prison after being sentenced recently for his involvement in a fatal motorcycle accident involving a 78-year-old North Branford man.

Ginsburg, was allegedly under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident, which occurred on Mother’s Day May 11, 2014 on Foxon Road in North Branford, the New Haven Register reports.

The victim was Ralph Crescenzi who was hit from behind by Ginsburg.

Ginsburg during the sentencing apologized for his actions, while Crescenzi’s daughters and grandchildren spoke about how well loved he was and how his death was a tragedy, the Register reports.
