McDonald's Again Gives Away Coffee: Small Cups, 6 to 10:30 AM from Sept. 16 to 29

Small cups are free from 6 to 10:30 a.m., no purchase needed, at participating McDonald's from Tuesday, Sept. 16 to 29 (that's two weeks).

Like McDonald’s coffee? Does it taste better if it’s free? If you’re not sure, you can find out for two weeks starting Tuesday, Sept. 16, when it will be given away at partcipating McDonald’s restaurants nationwide.

McDonald’s second two-week free coffee promotion runs Sept. 16 to 29. Customers who visit McDonald’s during breakfast hours (6 to 10:30 a.m.) will get a free small cup of McCafé Coffee — no purchase necessary.

“To kick-off the promotion, McCafe will launch its “Sip and Tell” Campaign asking coffee lovers to reveal their embarrassing pre-coffee mishaps via Twitter using the hashtag #SipandTell,” McDonald’s said in an announcement. “Select stories will win custom prizes and experiences to help start their morning off right.”

The promotion only applies to small-sized, hot McCafe Coffee.

McDonald’s says its coffee is “made with 100 percent Arabica beans, McCafé’s signature drip-coffee blend is freshly brewed throughout the day.”

For the Tri-state area (Connecticut, New York and New Jersey), McDonald’s offers these tips:

· Remember, McDonald’s New York Tri-State area restaurants offer customers $1 any size hot or iced McCafé Coffee all day, every day.
