The Tenant is New England Medical Specialties, Inc. Ms. Kath Proietto is the President. New England Medical Specialties is a specialty sales and distribution company. They represent manufacturers of multiple product lines, including products for I.V. therapy, oncology, wound care, infection control, and fall prevention. The space contains 1,000 SF of renovated office plus 4,500 SF of high ceiling warehouse for distribution of the Tenant’s medical supplies.
