Meet the Candidates: Michael Doody and Andrew Esposito

Michael Doody (R) and Andrew Esposito (D) were among North Branford Town Council candidates who spoke at the Oct. 27 Meet the Candidate event.

The North Branford Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual  night on Oct. 27 at Town Hall. With 11 Town Council candidates and three Board of Education hopefuls sitting in front of the room, Frank Mentone of the hosted the event.

Town Council candidates each spoke first, followed by each of those running for Board of Education. After the speeches, a question and answer session followed where the public had the chance to voice concerns (story to follow).

Today, the accompanying videos introduce you to Michael Doody (republican), who is currently the town's deputy mayor, and Andrew Esposito (democrat). The remainder of candidates will be shown throughout the week.
