NBFD by the Numbers: November

The North Branford Fire Department's fire marshal released these statistics for the month of November 2012. Last month, the NBFD responded to 142 calls with a running 2012 total of 1,740 calls. Calls over the past month included:

• 8 Fires                                       
• 102 Emergency Medical Calls
• 6 Motor Vehicle Accidents         
• 5 Hazardous Conditions               
• 17  Public Service Calls
• 4 False Alarms                       
• 9 Mutual Aid Calls                      

These numbers are totals for all of the companies of the North Branford Fire Department, which includes Company 1, Company 2, Company 3 and Company 4.
