North Branford 2021 Local Elections: Candidates, Polling Places,
Here's what you need to know about the 2021 Branford election including the candidates, polling places, voting hours and more.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT — North Branford residents will head to the polls on Nov. 2 to cast votes for the municipal election. Contested races are the Town Council and the Board of Education.
Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 2. Voters who are in line before 8 p.m. will be able to vote even after the deadline passes.

Connecticut offers Election Day registration, but those who arrive need to be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote. Unlike previously registered voters, standing in line before 8 p.m. to registrar won't guarantee the ability to vote.

The choices for Town Council are Democrats Bruce Abelson, Vincent L. Mase, Sr. and Marie Diamond and Republicans Thomas Zampano, Walter Goad, Rose Marie Angeloni, Ronald D. Pelliccia Jr., Michael Downes and Jeffrey MacMillian. Vote for up to nine.
The choices for Board of Education are Democrat Marcey Onofrio and Republicans Elizabeth Siena, Shawna Papa Holder and Zac Canada. Vote for up to four.
