North Branford To Hold Public Hearing On Health Care Structures Act
The Planning and Zoning Commission wants to hear from the public about the legislation.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT - The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Oct. 5. The board wants to hear from residents on an act that would allow physically or mentally impaired people to occupy temporary structures not connected to main residences. The temporary structures would not be allowed to exceed 500 square feet.
The hearing will be 7 p.m. at Town Hall. Additional information about the Temporary Health Care Structures Act is available through the town's website or at Town Hall's Planning Office.
