MILFORD, CT — A North Branford man is accused of striking two juveniles with his fist while in a parking lot in Milford, police said. Police said on Feb. 16 officers took custody of Christopher Koelle, 41, of Hyla Lane in North Branford in regards to an active warrant for his arrest. Koelle is accused of striking a juvenile in the leg and a separate juvenile in the arm with a closed fist while in a Boston Post Road business parking lot on Feb. 11, police said. Koelle is charged with risk of injury and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on Friday.
