Branford Parcel Sells for Almost $1 Million

The Geenty Group, Realtors, is pleased to announce the sale of 69 North Branford Road, Branford, according to a press release.  

The property is a 17,000 SF, high ceiling manufacturing building on a 1.77 acre lot on Route 139. The building has 2 truck docks, a drive-in door, and 2 five-ton cranes.  The purchase price was $990,000. 

The Seller is BRCT, Inc. They are a corporation owned by an Italian conglomerate based near Milan, Italy. There had been a great deal of interest and several offers to purchase during the marketing of this property.  

The Buyer was SECT, LLC, a light manufacturer. Kevin Geenty SIOR and Juan Marquez, both of The Geenty Group, were the agents for the Seller. Tim McMahon of O,R,& L was the agent for the Buyer.  

Financing was crafted by Michelle Orr of Wells Fargo in Bridgeport, an SBA lending specialist.  Attorney Gregory Burton of Carmody & Torrance represented the Seller and Attorney Al Zullo of East Haven represented the Buyer.
