He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13. Arresting officer: David P. Sheehan. Jessica Harris, 41, of Coach Road in Northford, was charged Nov. 2 with sixth-degree larceny and credit card theft. She was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: Timothy J. Cunningham. David A. Sokolosky, 27, of Frank Street in Branford, was charged Nov. 1 with operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked or suspended license and/or registration, use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.
