July 19

Frank James Cusano, 70, of North Haven, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault on victim aged 13/14 and illegal sexual contact with victim under age 16.

July 21

Bernard J. Hutchings, 32, of Hamden, was charged with first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

July 23

Robert H. Ruggieri, 39, of Branford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

July 24

Binh D. Tang, 64, of Northford, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
