North Branford police logs, July 31-Aug. 7:

Aug. 2

Jordan Miazga, 28, of Killingworth, was charged with four counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Aug. 5

Joshua Banks, 42, of Clinton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Aug. 6

Timothy Albert Ferreira, 33, of North Branford, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Aug. 7

Ramon Crespo, 37, of North Branford, was charged with extradition arrest.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
