North Branford police logs, June 28 to July 4:July 2 Steven P. Kenney, 74, of North Branford, was charged with first-degree threatening. Liam Weir, 20, of West Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
