March 6

Vincent Giammettei, 61, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, and other traffic violations.

March 7

Michael Bartlett Toftness, 45, of Northford, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat, third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.

March 8

Austin Viglion, 19, of Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
