NORTH BRANFORD, CT — The North Branford Potato & Corn Festival announced that it will be going forward with the festival Aug. 5.

"We are going to need more volunteers than ever in order to be able to hold the 2021 North Branford Potato & Corn Festival: 20th Anniversary," organizers wrote in a Facebook post. "Not only do we have a great, friendly group of volunteers to work with, but volunteers also receive a t-shirt and a food voucher. New this year, anyone volunteering two or more shifts will receive a ride wristband as well to use for yourself or pass on to someone who will enjoy it!"
