North Branford To Receive $15 Million For Water System Fix

The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority approved the expense.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT - The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority has approved $15 million to repair a system that transfers water from a reservoir to a North Branford treatment plan, the New Haven Register reported. The tunnel-and-pipe system construction will begin immediately. Parts of the system are 90 years old.
