NORTH BRANFORD, CT — A North Branford resident won $10,000 after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town on Valentine's Day, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Feb. 14, Patricia Ralston, of Northford, won $10,000 playing Keno after purchasing the ticket at Absolute Liquors in North Branford.
