North Branford voted and the results are in.

In the 86th State House District, the uncontested winner is Republican Vincent Candelora.

For the 12th Senatorial District, the winner is Democrat Ted Kennedy Jr. with 8,531 votes over Republican Bruce Wilson Jr.’s 6,377 votes, the Connecticut Post reports. In North Branford, Kennedy received 2,653 votes while Wilson received 2,321 votes.

In the race for the judge of the probate, the winner is Democrat Frank Forgione, according to the Connecticut Mirror.

According to the Hartford Courant, North Branford voted no to the question regarding absentee ballots.

Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro has won her 13th term serving Connecticut’s third congressional district.

In North Branford, Tom Foley and Heather Somers received 2,731 votes while Dannel Malloy and Nancy Wyman received 2,292 votes, according to the Connecticut Post.
