Information and photo via Porto Funeral Homes, Barbara Goodrich Carrano, 85, of East Haven passed away January 1, 2019 in the St. Raphael Campus. Wife of the late Salvatore Carrano. Mother of Cheryl Forte of Meriden and the late Kenneth Carrano. Grandmother of Scott, James and Jeffrey Murdock. Sister of Judi Camera of East Haven and David Goodrich of Green Valley, AZ. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren, a niece and 3 nephews. Prior to her retirement Barbara was a dispatcher for the Town of North Branford for over 30 years. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial MONDAY MORNING at 11:00 in the St. Pio of Pietreclina Parish at Our Lady of Pompeii Church. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. There will be NO CALLING HOURS. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
