Obituary: Carolyn M. Panza, 91, of North Branford

Carolyn M. Panza, age 91, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2018 at the Hearth at Gardenside in Branford. She was the beloved wife of the late Gavino (Joe) Panza. She was born on March 31, 1927 to the late Michael and Grace St. John DellaValle.

Carolyn retired from Echlin Manufacturing after 29 years. She was an accomplished oil painter who loved to travel the United States, Canada, Alaska, and Europe. She enjoyed square dancing (Belles and Beaus) and was a long time parishioner of St. Augustine Church in North Branford.

Carolyn is survived by her son Robert (Jane) Panza, two grandchildren, Katharine Panza Long and Dr. Joseph Panza, and two great grandchildren, Caroline Panza and Henry Panza.
Family and friends may visit Keenan Funeral Home, 330 Notch Hill Road, North Branford on Friday, November 16 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 17 at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Church, 30 Caputo Road, North Branford followed by interment at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven.
