Obituary: Daniel J. Baiocchi, 86, of North Branford
Prior to his retirement Dan worked for American Cyanamid Corporation of Wallingford for 42 years.

Daniel J. Baiocchi, 86, of North Branford formerly of East Haven passed away September 9, 2018 at his home. Husband of the late Marie LaCosse Baiocchi. Father of Janice (John) Braver, Diane (Gary) Frank and Lisa (Bill) Sowder all of East Haven, Daniel J. Baiocchi, Jr. of Branford and daughter-in-law Claudia Baiocchi of North Branford. Son of the late Ruggiero “Roger” and Emily Baiocchi.
Brother of the late Roger Baiocchi. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Prior to his retirement Dan worked for American Cyanamid Corporation of Wallingford for 42 years. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

His funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte 80) East Haven Thursday morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Pompeii Church at 11:00. Interment with military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call WEDNESDAY from 5:00-8:00 PM. Memorial Contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org.
