Obituary: Isidore “Ray” Stark, 93, of North Branford

Isidore “Ray” Stark, 93, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 13, 2018. Ray lived with his wife of 66 years in North Branford (and previously Branford) for many years. They also enjoyed their second home in Punta Gorda, Florida. Ray was born in Binghamton, New York on May 14, 1925 and lived many years in the Bronx.
He leaves behind his wife Rhoda Ruth Stark and his two daughters Jac-lynn Stark of Swampscott, Massachusetts and Wanda Stark Losnes (husband Donald) of Guilford, Connecticut.

Ray was an avid fisherman and a member of the Branford Yacht Club for many years. He had a great sense of humor and was always quite the character. He served in the Navy during WWII.

The family extends their thanks to the MICO team at West Haven Veteran’s Hospital for their compassion during his final days.
