Obituary: Valerie June (Villella) Clark, of North Branford
She was a cheerleader in High School, and in life, always supporting her family and friends with a kind word and shoulder to lean on.

Valerie June (Villella) Clark, of Monongahela passed away suddenly in her home on Monday, January 21 2019 at the age of 58. She was born in New Haven, CT on July 7, 1960. A graduate of North Branford High School class of 1978 and The New Haven Academy of Business.
She was previously employed by Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation and Sony Technology Center as Executive Administrative Assistant.

Valerie was the daughter of Vincent and Frances Villella of North Branford, CT both of whom preceded her in death as well as her brother Vincent. She is survived by her loving husband Barry of twenty-nine years, and sister Francine (Carl) Villella Edler of Lake Worth, FL. She is also survived by her nephews Robert (Noelle) Villella of Madison, CT, Vincent J. (Patricia) Villella of Holly Springs GA, and William (Suzanne) Sharp of Maiden, NC, along with aunts, many cousins, great nieces, nephews and dear friends. Valerie enjoyed dancing and was an instructor at The Arthur Murray Dance Studios in New Haven.
She was a cheerleader in High School, and in life, always supporting her family and friends with a kind word and shoulder to lean on. She also assisted in booking talent for local venues in the New Haven area and enjoyed music and live entertainment. Valerie touched many people in her lifetime, and was loved by everyone that knew her. She had an infectious laugh and warm personality, and will be sincerely missed.

The Marshall Marra Funeral Home, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767 is in charge of the arrangements. A graveside ceremony will be held at a later date, as well as a celebration of her life in North Branford, CT. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
