Monday, April 25 Nurse Jackie, 10 p.m., Showtime I laughed and laughed at Zoe and the pedometer last week, as I have one and it generally rules my life. I'm not sure that I like having something in common with Zoe, but I will take what I can get. Dancing with the Stars, 8 p.m., ABC  First of all, an Americana theme with Brazilian dancing was just plain odd. Second of all, I adore Louis van DrinkanAmstel, but he and Kendra should've been voted out just for those costumes. Third of all, Petra? Really? That means no more Dmitri. And I find that unforgiveable, DWTS voters. Law &amp; Order: LA, 10 p.m., NBC I was without DVR last week, and so I spent Monday night after DWTS flipping between the PDiddy episode of Hawaii Five-O and this. And let me be blunt: This is awful. It makes me so mad still that my beloved L&amp;O, having such a creative resurgence in its 20th season, was cancelled to make room for this.
