Overnight Vehicle Break-Ins Reported in North Branford

The break-ins occurred last week where unlocked cars were targeted.

Several vehicle break-ins were reported along Holly Mar Mill Road, Oxbow Lane and Maria Todd Road in North Branford, NBC Connecticut reports.

According to the news channel, at least a dozen cars were broken into Wednesday night. Cash and small electronics were among the items that were stolen from the unlocked cars.

One resident shared surveillance video that documented the break-ins with NBC Connecticut. The video shows a person in a white hooded sweatshirt trying to break into three parked cars.

North Branford Police are advising residents to lock their cars and encourage anyone with information on the break-ins to contact them.
