Ann Huzar, 42, of Maupas Road North, Guilford, was charged with failure to carry a license, operation while under the influence and failure to drive right (except wide-load vehicles) at 12:51 a.m. on Feb. 1. Her court date was set for Feb. 21. Arresting officer: Timothy J. Cunningham

Fernando Perez-Morales, 22, of Hallock Street, New Haven, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while license is under suspension, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with < ½ ounce cannabis and possession of controlled substance or < 4 ounces marijuana. His court date was set for Feb. 15. Arresting officer: Mario Bernardo
