Brandon Matthew Butler, 21, of Brentwood Drive, Wallingford, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree criminal mischief at 2:45 p.m. on Jan. 31. His court date was set for Feb. 15. Arresting officer: James M. Lovelace
