Police Blotter: Jan. 8 to 15, 2013
The following arrest information was supplied by the North Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Terrell Lemar Mabry, 21, of Harper Avenue, New Haven, was charged with operation under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane (multi-lane highway) at 12:17 a.m. on Jan. 8. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 17. Arresting officer: Thomas S. Pacelli.
Joseph E. Lane, 33, of Higganum, was charged with violation of probation at 8:35 a.m., violation of probation at 9 a.m., first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor at 11 a.m. on Jan. 12. He was scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 14. Arresting officer: David P. Sheehan and Massimo D. Piroli.
