Braeden Burke, 18, of Linsley Lake Road, North Branford, was charged with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with < ½ ounce cannabis and possession of controlled substance or < 4 ounces of marijuana at 2:11 a.m. on Nov. 21.
