James D. Perry, 43, of View Place, Guilford, was charged with simple trespass and operating with registration/license suspended/revoked at 10:49 p.m. on Oct. 23, 2012.

Criminal Violation of Restraining Order

James Bolger Hemingway, 39, of State Street, North Haven, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 8:20 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2012.
