Offering Home Repair without License Anthony C. Martone, 61, of Crest Avenue, East Haven, was charged with offering home repair without a license at 8:59 a.m. on Oct. 4. Under the Influence Kevin F. Sullivan, 41, of Andy Lane, Guilford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway) and operation while under the influence at 1:35 a.m. on Oct. 4.
