The Police Commissioners Association of Connecticut (PCAC) members are elected and appointed police commissioners from municipalities throughout Connecticut. The PCAC organization provides a link between professional law enforcement officers and the public.

The PCAC Annual June "Installation" meeting was held in Branford Connecticut on June 26, 2013. During the annual meeting, those officers who have been elected to positions and to the Board of Directors, and those whose terms were renewed through membership vote, were sworn in and commenced their terms of office.
Those officers sworn in assuming new positions this year President John Landolfi (North Branford), Board member David Palumbo (North Branford), Board member James O'Boyle (Stonington), Board member Milton Thomas (Stamford), 2nd Vice President Frank Cipriano (Middlebury), Chairman Pete Torrano (Norwalk).
The swearing in of the new officers was performed by The Honorable Shelley Marcus. State of Connecticut Superior Court Judge Judicial District 9 Middletown, CT
Chairman Peter Torrano presented the Emeritus Commissioner designation and award to past President, Milton Thomas of Stamford. Commissioner Thomas is only the third person honored as Emeritus in the PCAC.
The new Board of Directors and their officers are looking forward to a productive year acting on behalf of Police Commissioners and Police Departments throughout the state.
