PROPOSED PROPANE GAS TANKS
Mayor's presentation to P&Z originally were as a taxpayer and not Town Council member but he did not qualify that did he?
When the mayor and the owner of the property for the proposed gas tanks presented their opinions before the P&Z committee, they did not qualify they were speaking for themselves as tax payers. It was taken as coming from the Town Council. Do the minutes of that origonal meeting exist. They obviously had their own thoughts on this and relayed them as coming from the Town Council because they were Town Council members. This is egregious conduct on his part.
