For Immediate Release: Marie-Louise Burkle Celebrates 20 Years as Chief Executive Officer of AUTAC, Incorporated. Date: January 20, 2022 Autac, Incorporated proudly announces the 20 year anniversary of Marie-Louise Burkle as CEO. AUTAC is a manufacturer of high quality coiled cords (often referred to as “curly cords”). Since 1947, AUTAC, Inc. has been providing custom manufacturing retractile cords to meet various applications and specifications to customers across the United States and internationally. Ms. Burkle began her employment with Autac Incorporated in 1999 as Forensic Business Consultant, came on board as the Marketing and Public Relations Director in 2001 and was appointed CEO in January 2002. Ms. Burkle’s responsibilities at AUTAC, Inc. include procuring sales, marketing products and services, handling human resources, maintaining and growing vendor relationships, and providing an exemplary example of leadership for her team. In addition to her responsibilities at AUTAC Inc., she has been a member of Wire Association International, Wire and Cable Manufacturers Alliance, the Connecticut Business and Industry Association as well as numerous other professional organizations. Ms. Burkle actively supports many charities in Connecticut, most notably the Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter in the town where AUTAC Inc. resides. Ms. Burkle attended Johnson and Wales University from 1991-1995 and matriculated with a Degree in Entrepreneurship. Additionally, she completed the Women’s Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2018 and holds a number of Certifications. When not running AUTAC, Ms. Burkle enjoys creating and marketing products for her secondary business, Dragonfly Holistics. In her spare time, Ms. Burkle enjoys working on her farm, and spending time with her animals. Ms. Burkle is looking forward to continued growth at AUTAC, Inc. and thanks her customers and staff for their continued loyalty.
