Woman Charged With Selling Narcotics Out Of Deli In North Branford
Police said officers arrested a North Branford woman charged with conducting illegal activity out of a local deli.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT - Police said officers arrested a North Branford woman Thursday charged with conducting illegal activity from a local deli. Police said the arrest came after a search and seizure warrant was executed at the Country Deli, located at 245 Foxon Road.
The warrant was the result of an extensive investigation regarding the illegal sale of narcotics from the deli after the department received numerous tips from concerned citizens regarding illegal activities occurring there, police said.

Police said detectives kept close watch on the property and purchased narcotics from the suspect, 48-year old Denise Lucibello of North Branford, on numerous occasions. Search and arrest warrants were subsequently secured for the suspect.
Police said Lucibello was arrested and charged with various narcotic violations, as well as illegal sales of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a elementary school. The New Haven, East Haven and North Haven police departments assisted in the investigation, police said.
