7 Hospitalized After Bus, Tractor Trailer Crash In North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Seven people, including one child, were hospitalized after a tandem CT Transit bus was struck by a tractor-trailer Monday afternoon in North Haven, according to fire officials. There were 17 people on the bus when it was struck by an 18-wheeler and six adults and one child suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the North Haven Fire Department.

North Haven Police are on the scene and traffic will be affected at the intersection of Montowese Avenue and Universal Drive, fire officials said.
