$70K Lottery Prize Sold In North Haven

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A winning lottery ticket worth more than $70,000 was recently sold in North Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A North Haven resident won $70,065 on a FAST PLAY - $5 STACKS OF CA$H PROGRESSIVE ticket that was sold at Cumberland Farms at 249 State Street in North Haven, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
