North Haven Home Prices Are Climbing — See Where They Stand Now

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Home prices in North Haven have continued to trend upward over the past decade, with steady gains over the past year.

The typical home value in town is now about $460,566, according to Zillow data. Over the past year, values have increased roughly 4.8 percent.

The chart above shows how home values in North Haven — along with several nearby communities — have changed since the 2010s, based on Zillow Home Value Index data.

While growth was more gradual for much of the decade, prices began to accelerate around 2020, when housing demand surged during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Market activity remains relatively limited, with about 31 homes listed for sale at the end of March and 17 new listings added during the month.

The median list price in North Haven was about $512,667 as of late March, reflecting continued demand in the local housing market.

Even as the pace of increases has shifted more recently, overall values remain significantly higher than they were just a few years ago.
