Mark Christopher Perrelli, 59 of Hamden and North Haven passed away unexpectedly on March 23, 2026. He was born September 13, 1966 in New Haven to Cosmo “Jim” Perrelli and Vaike Saarits Perrelli. Mark is survived by his mother, a son, Derek J. Perrelli of North Haven, a sister, Eve Perrelli Organek (Joseph) of Florida and his former wife, Andrea Jones of North Haven. Mark is also survived by his stepmother, Alice Peterson Redding Perrelli of West Haven, stepsister, Donna Redding Kennedy (Craig) of West Haven, stepbrother, Peter Redding (Sara) of Oxford, two nephews, Ryan and Matthew Kennedy, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mark was a graduate of Hamden High School. He was a huge sports fan following his favorite teams, NY Yankees, NY Islanders, NY Knicks and the Minnesota Vikings. He was also a self-taught drummer and was part of a local band, Cementhead.
Family will receive friends on Saturday April 25, 2026 from 2 to 5 PM in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven. Burial will be private.
