Wireless Agent Among 36 New Businesses Registered In North Haven In July

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Thirty-six new businesses registered with the state in North Haven in July, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. The most unusual entry was Koala Wireless, Inc., which registered under the wireless telecommunications agents category at 260 Quinnipiac Avenue on July 10.

Two solar power companies, CF Holdco FH LLC and CF Lessee WT6 LLC, registered at the same Washington Avenue address nine days apart. Personal care and food service also saw new entries, including Ashley Nail Salon LLC, Pinned to Perfection By Jessie LLC and The Shuck Truck LLC, a mobile food business, while Legends Auto Body LLC and Stratos Automotive Spa LLC brought two more automotive shops to town.

State registration marks when a business files paperwork with the Secretary of the State, not necessarily when it opens to customers, so some of these ventures may not yet be operating at the addresses listed.
