Growing Church Signs Long-Term Lease At Industrial Building In North Haven

The church is relocating in North Haven to accommodate its growing congregation and expanded needs, realtors said.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A local church is relocating in North Haven after signing a long-term lease at an industrial/flex building, according to realtors.

Stephen Press of Press |Cuozzo Commercial recently announced that senior associate Joel Nesson successfully executed a long-term lease at 198 State Street in North Haven. Nesson represented the property owner, G. Zurolo Real Estate, LLC, in the transaction.

The free-standing 13,000-square-foot industrial/flex building features approximately 2,000 square feet of office space, 22-foot clear ceiling heights, and an 1,800-square-foot mezzanine, according to a news release.

"Situated on 1.47 acres, the property offers an excellent location with immediate access to Interstate 91, providing strong logistical advantages for tenant," the news release states.

The tenant, Liberación New Haven Mundial, a well-established house of worship, will be relocating to the larger facility to "accommodate its growing congregation and expanded programming needs," according to the news release.

"This transaction highlights the continued demand for well-located flex and industrial space in the North Haven market," Press said. "Joel did an excellent job representing ownership and securing a long-term tenant that will be a strong fit for the property."
