NORTH HAVEN, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $250,000 was recently sold in North Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
A West Haven resident claimed the $250,000 prize on Sept. 11 on a $250,000 CA$HWORD 2ND EDITION ticket that was sold at J & H Food Mart at 272 Maple Avenue in North Haven, according to lottery officials.
The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
