Award-Winning Author Karen E. Olson to Debut her Latest Novel “Shadowed” Tuesday at R.J. Julia Bookseller
She will appear Tuesday, June 28. She is a North Haven resident.

Award-Winning author Karen E. Olson will launch latest thriller, “Shadowed,” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 28 at R. J. Julia Booksellers in Madison.
“Shadowed” is the follow up to Olson’s well-received “Hidden.” The book continues the story of on-the-run computer hacker Nicole Jones. A new threat forces Nicole to abandon her quite life as an artist on an isolated island in Quebec and go on the lam again.
“I wanted this story to have the same taunt, fast-paced, suspenseful feel of the first book,” Olson said. “I believe I succeeded. Nicole has quite a ride.”

Kirkus Reviews agreed,writing of “Shadowed”: “The second in this electrifying series is an addictive page turner with a stunner of a finale.”
Olson will speak about “Shadowed,” sign copies and answer questions. Copies of the novel will be available for purchase.

A Madison native, Olson is the author of the Annie Seymour mystery series set in New Haven and the Tattoo Shop series, which takes place in Las Vegas. She is the winner of the Sara Anne Freed Award, was a finalist for the Gumshoe Award and has been nominated for a Shamus Award.
Olson lives in North Haven with her husband and cat and is hard at work on the third Nicole Jones novel.
