Beloved North Haven K-9 Koda Retires
"Koda is and continues to be a loyal companion, a faithful partner, and a loving family member," police said in a fond farewell to Koda.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Beloved North Haven K-9 Koda is retiring on Dec. 31. The police department gave Koda a fond farewell in a post on Facebook.
“Join us in celebrating the career of K-9 Koda,” North Haven Police wrote in the post. “After serving our community for 8 years, Koda will retire today. When Koda was not finding illegal drugs, she often visited the elementary schools and was well-known and loved by students. Koda is way more than a working dog or tool to our agency. Koda is and continues to be a loyal companion, a faithful partner, and a loving family member.
“Congratulations Koda – enjoy retirement!”
