Big Lottery Prizes Sold In North Haven

The big wins came on scratch tickets, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — Two winning scratch tickets worth a combined $20,000 were recently sold in North Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A Farmington resident won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 17th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Alltown North Haven N #826, Wilbur Cross Parkway N, according to Lottery officials.

A Hamden resident also won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 17th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Sammy’s Package Store at 344 State St. in North Haven.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
