Binkoski, Bradanini Bringing Baseball Facility to North Haven

The former North Haven High School baseball standouts are opening a year-round, indoor baseball training and practice facility.

NORTH HAVEN, CT – Former North Haven High School and Quinnipiac University baseball standouts Tim Binkoski and Brett Bradanini are opening an indoor baseball facility in North Haven.

The indoor baseball training and practice facility has leased space on Corporate Drive, in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz, according to a press release.

Amy Nix represented the landlord and tenant in the deal, in which DiamondZone LLC leased 9,000 square feet of space at 1 Corporate Drive for five years. The landlord is Monroe, N.Y.-based Ezra Holdings LLC.

The business offers year-round, indoor baseball instruction. It is expected to open on Jan. 7.
