Car Crashes Into Fuel Pump, Catches Fire at North Haven Gas Station

NORTH HAVEN, CT — North Haven Firefighters responded to a two-car accident that sent one of the vehicles into a fuel pump at a Gulf gas station on Washington Avenue and the vehicle caught fire.

The fire was extinguished by a passerby prior to the fire department’s arrival, officials said in a post on Facebook.

Two patients were treated at the scene at 342 Washington Avenue.
