Car Fire Investigated In North Haven: Officials
Officials said 911 dispatchers received more than 30 calls reporting the incident, and the driver was seen leaving the scene.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — A car fire is being investigated by the North Haven Fire Marshal’s office, according to officials.
Firefighters responded around 2:50 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8 to a reported vehicle fire in the Home Depot parking lot.
Officials said 911 dispatchers received more than 30 calls reporting the incident.

“E1 and E9 were on scene within 7 mins and E6 from West Ridge was on scene 30 mins after being dispatched,” officials wrote in a post on Facebook. “The driver was observed fleeing the scene and the incident is currently under investigation by the North Haven Fire Marshal’s office.”
