Company Signs Long-Term Lease In North Haven, Realtors Announce

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A limousine company has signed a long-term lease in North Haven, realtors recently announced.

Elite Limousine Service Inc. has leased a 15,000-square-foot building at 85 Defco Park in North Haven, Stephen Press of Press/Cuozzo Realtors announced in a news release.

The building is situated on a 3-acre lot “allowing for excellent on-site vehicle storage,” according to the news release.

Susan Criscuolo marketed the property on behalf of the Landlord, CJ Realty Company, and procured the tenant Elite Limousine Service Inc. on a long-term lease that began on June 1.

“Elite Limousine Service Inc, will be relocating from their 575 Washington Avenue, North Haven location that they outgrew quickly,” the news release states. “They also maintain locations in Norwalk and Hartford. Susan Criscuolo has been awarded their sub-let listing on their 575 Washington Avenue location.”
